Olympic Sport Fencing

Fencing teaches confidence, discipline, self-control, problem-solving, and perseverance. It develops agility, coordination, strength, and speed. It is also incredibly safe. Safer than badminton. Fencing offers opportunities to compete for top NCAA universities.

Best of all, it’s a fun workout.

If you are looking for a fun, yet deceptively good, leg and core workout you should definitely try out fencing.

It is fun and challenging at the same time. Very nice instructor, he is good at making new student feel comfortable.

Michael was a great instructor for the adult class, where there was a range of athleticism, age, and arm reach (which is not easy to do).
— Alicia
I was impressed with how it was taught and how everyone progressed over the 4 weeks.
